We had an very nice stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with super clean rooms and well-maintained facilities. We particularly loved the location by the river, offering a beautiful view and a tranquil atmosphere. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of options from different cuisines. The staff were pretty good in terms of service, providing personalized attention and always anticipating our needs.

We had an impeccable stay at this hotel, where every whim and need was met with luxurious ease. the private facilities went above and beyond, including our stunning cityview room with a spacious balcony and separate sitting area. the service was phenomenal, with attentive staff catering to every desire, from the welcome drink upon arrival to the nightly turndown service and personalized pillow menu.

The only minor issue we experienced was the noise level from the nearby construction. the venue did provide complimentary earplugs and made every effort to minimize the impact on guests.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. the staff was friendly and attentive, fulfilling all my luxurious needs. the spa and wellness center, with a great pool, sauna and steam room, gave me a relaxing experience. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including international dishes. I had an exclusive room with a sun terrace and an outdoor infinity pool with a stunning view. the restaurants offered delicious food, including halal options. The bar area was great with entertaining live performances and tasty drinks. Cons: the air conditioner in my room was broken, and although they tried to fix it, it was not solved.

My partner and I had an lovely weekend at Four Seasons. The staff were pretty good too make my birthday special, surprising me with cake three times! The rooms were luxurious and super clean, and the gym and pools were great. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the cocktails at BKK Social Club were very nice. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be back! I highly recommend this hotel for an really good stay.

We had the best Easter weekend at this hotel. The room finishes were very nice, and we had a luxurious feel in every detail. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed the beautiful design of our terrace suite and the super comfortable bed. The Bangkok Social Club downstairs provided an amazing atmosphere and great service. The hotel's key location on the river was a major advantage, offering amazing views. We also loved the well-equipped gym and the delicious breakfast buffet.

There really isn't anything negative to say about our experience. It was definitely worth every penny, even though it wasn't the cheapest option available.

While the hotel provided excellent service, there were a few minor issues. The hand soaps in the room had expired, a small oversight.
