There was an issue with the air-conditioner in one of the rooms, which was not promptly resolved despite the hotel's efforts.

The only minor issue we experienced was the noise level from the nearby construction. the venue did provide complimentary earplugs and made every effort to minimize the impact on guests.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. the staff was friendly and attentive, fulfilling all my luxurious needs. the spa and wellness center, with a great pool, sauna and steam room, gave me a relaxing experience. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including international dishes. I had an exclusive room with a sun terrace and an outdoor infinity pool with a stunning view. the restaurants offered delicious food, including halal options. The bar area was great with entertaining live performances and tasty drinks. Cons: the air conditioner in my room was broken, and although they tried to fix it, it was not solved.

The rooms were luxurious and spotless, and the gym and pools were top-notch. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the cocktails at BKK Social Club were incredible. We had the best Easter weekend at this hotel. the room finishes were incredible, and we had a luxurious feel in every detail. the staff was very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed the beautiful design of our terrace suite and the super comfortable bed. the Bangkok Social Club downstairs provided an amazing atmosphere and great service. the hotel's key location on the river was a major advantage, offering breathtaking views. We also loved the well-equipped gym and the delicious breakfast buffet.

There really isn't anything negative to say about our experience. It was definitely worth every penny, even though it wasn't the cheapest option available.
